Discover the Upcycling art of crafting baskets from everyday household plastic waste! Utilize soft plastics like bags, along with old fabric and clothing scraps, to create something both aesthetically pleasing and practical. This workshop includes instruction on sewing a blanket stitch, the technique employed to assemble the basket – and no prior sewing skills are necessary! All materials for crafting a small basket will be provided. However, you're encouraged to bring your saved plastic if you prefer incorporating it into your basket-making process.
