In this workshop we explore the elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether through movement, including dance and yoga. We will learn about these natural elements, how they affect us, and how we can embody them to empower us as we move through life. These elements will inspire our movements and will help weave, and express, the stories of our lives.
